General terms and conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BISOU HOSPITALITY & EVENTS

1. Definitions

Client: any natural or legal person who uses the services of Bisou

Hospitality & Events.

Contractor: Bisou Hospitality & Events, established in Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce number: 88377911.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders and agreements.

between Client and Contractor.

3. Services

Bisou provides experienced freelancers and staff for hospitality, event and brand activation projects,

national and international.

4. Rates & Payment

Rates are agreed in advance. Payment must be made within 14 days after

invoice date. In case of late payment, statutory interest is due.

5. Cancellation

In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the assignment, the Client is liable for 100% of the

agreed amount due.

6. Liability

Bisou is not liable for indirect damage. Direct damage is limited to the amount of the

concerning the assignment.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information provided in the context

of the agreement has been obtained.

8. Relationship clause

The Client is not permitted within 6 months after termination of the collaboration

to hire employees/self-employed persons through another means, under penalty of a fine of €5,000 per

offence.

9. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the

competent court in Rotterdam
