Bisou Hospitality & Events is an internationally operating freelance event and hospitality partner, founded by Pamela Schipper. We support productions both onstage and behind the scenes, remotely or on location, with or without a team.
Bisou has recently become an official partner of Gotobeat UK for the Netherlands & Belgium for international artists, shows and productions.
With over 24 years of experience in hospitality, backstage management, brand activations, and events, my strengths lie in energy, communication, and team flow. I work on:
- Festivals in various music genres
- Formula 1 hospitality environments
- International brand activations, clubs & venues
- International DJs & artists (artist support & advancing)
I fulfill roles such as area manager, VIP/backstage manager, hospitality manager, bar manager, duty manager, project coordinator, and artist liaison. I also develop event concepts, provide hospitality training, and manage my own portfolio of DJs, photographers, and creatives.

I'm Pamela Schipper, founder of Bisou Hospitality & Events. With over 24 years of experience in hospitality, backstage management, brand activations, and events, my focus is on energy, communication, and team flow.
I'm someone who can adapt quickly, sense the atmosphere, create an overview, maintain calm in busy situations, and build stronger teams. Hospitality is in my nature.
